POLYGARD DOT3 and DOT4 Brake and Clutch Fluids

Even with today's leading edge technologies all brake fluids have limited effective lifetimes. Miswa's DOT3 and DOT4 brake fluids provide a comprehensive solution in today's rapidly changing design environment. Both products either meet or exceed the performance requirements of internationally recognised specifications such as ISO 4925, FMVSS No116, and SAE J1703 and J1704. It is essential to ensure your brake fluid has the necessary high boiling point, metal corrosion protection, elastomer compatibility, lubricity and fluidity over its possible operating temperature range.

Miswa's DOT3 and DOT4 Brake Fluids are proprietary blends of selected glycols, glycol ethers and inhibitors. Glycols provide the necessary lubricity to ensure effective operation of moving components, the glycol ethers work as diluents to provide required fluidity for rapid response, balanced seal compatibility and minimised vapour lock, and inhibitors and anti-oxidants protect the metal parts of the braking system by effectively eliminating corrosion and fluid degradation. POLYGARD Auto Transmission Fluids
|
|
Miswa's POLYGARD Auto Transmission Fluids are available in two grades: ATF D2 and ATF G.
ATF D2 is a friction modified oil which has been developed to meet the General Motors Dextron II specification GM 6137M (MB Sheet No 236.1/6/7/9).
ATF G is a modified oil designed to meet the requirements of the ATF G specifications for Ford and Borg Warner Automatics (spec M2C33-G and M2C9007-A). Available in cartons of 12 one liter bottles.

KOMBI and Polyester Filler Pastes

Another of our popular product ranges are our Auto Repair filler pastes, which are sold under the POLYGARD Polyester and Kombi Filler brand names.
The Kombi Filler is a smooth putty ideal fo filling pin holes and scratches.

The Polyester Filler paste comes in two variations, Standard and Lightweight Easysand. A high quality filler paste, both variants are formulated specifically for hot and humid climates and are an easy spreading, non-sag formula which is easy to sand and can be used to repair wood, stone and plastic, as well as metal.
Both the Kombi and Polyester fillers come in a variety of container and carton sizes.

All offer rapid cure and a wide range of operating temperatures With the redoffering extra high temperature resistance. The product is supplied in 85 g easy dispensing tubes.

Radiator Coolants and Antifreeze

Miswa Chemicals market a comprehensive range of quality radiator protection and cleaning fluids under the POLYGARD brand name.
POLYGARD Radiator Coolant and POLYGARD Radiator Antifreeze are specially formulated, MEG based, heat exchange fluids, which protect the engine from corrosion, overheating and, where necessary, freezing. The proprietary blend of corrosion and scale inhibitors extends the lifetime of your engine and maintains it at optimum operating temperature. Both products meet the performance and compositional requirements of BS 6580 (1992) and are available in 5 and I litre containers.

Misc Other Radiator Products
|
|
POLYGARD Radiator Quick Flush, Radseal and Radiator Anti-Rust form a unique range of water based products that are designed for use where some radiator remedial work is required. The Radiator Quickflush is formulated to efficiently remove corrosion and scale deposits from the engine cooling system thereby restoring its cooling efficiency. The Radiator Anti-Rust is a super concentrate of corrosion and scale inhibitors that may be used to top up and restore the protective powers of spent radiator antifreeze and coolant. Where radiator leaks are present POLYGARD Radseal should be used to effect a temporary repair. All products are available in 250 ml containers suitable to treat an average cooling system.

Screenwash
|
|
POLYGARD Arctic Screenwash is formulated to clean whilst protecting against ice formation on the windscreen down to minus 40 degrees C when used neat. It is suitable for year around use and contains a unique blend of detergents and additives to remove grime, traffic film and insect debris even when used under summer conditions at a dilution of 1:15 in clean water. It is available in 5 and I litre containers.

Repair Putty

POLYGARD Exhaust Repair Putty and
Exhaust Assembly Paste are available in
250 g pots and 165 g tubs respectively.
The repair putty is an effective way to extend the useful life of a damaged exhaust system. The assembly paste is used to produce gas tight seals at joints in the assembly or extension of an exhaust system.
