Customer Notice: Sales Acknowledgments & extended lead time

A polite notice to our customers:
We kindly ask that all customers place orders with us by email (email@example.com).
All customers will receive a Sales Acknowledgment via email within 24 hours; this will include your order number, expected delivery date, and any additional comments.
If you do not receive a Sales Acknowledgment please contact us.
Should you require further assistance and need to call us regarding your order, please have your Order Number to hand. This will help us to provide you with any additional information in an efficient and timely manner.
Please note that due to a combination of recent adverse weather conditions and an influx of orders on our seasonal products we are working to extended lead times.
Currently, our lead time on all products is two weeks as opposed to our usual one week.
