Understanding Pallet, Layer & Box Quantities at Miswa Chemicals

When ordering from Miswa Chemicals, it’s important to understand how our pallet system works. This helps ensure your orders are processed efficiently, packed safely, and delivered in the best possible condition.

We operate on a structured pallet system, but with a key advantage that gives you flexibility when ordering.

How Our Pallet System Works

All customer orders follow these core principles:

✅ Orders must be placed in full pallets
✅ Pallets can be made up of one product or several products in full layers
✅ All products are supplied in full boxes (no splits)

This means:

  • No loose units
  • No partial boxes
  • No part layers

A Key Benefit - Mixed Pallets Available

Unlike many suppliers, Miswa Chemicals allows mixed pallets

✅ You can combine different products on the same pallet
❌ You cannot mix products within the same box
❌ Each product must still be ordered in full boxes and full layers

This gives you far more flexibility when ordering while still keeping transport safe and efficient.

What This Means for Your Orders

1. Order in Full Layers

Each product must be ordered in multiples of its layer quantity.

Example:
For 1 litre bottles:

  • 1 layer = 144 units
  • Full pallet = 720 units

2. Mix Products Across a Pallet

You can build your pallet using different products, for example:

✔️ 2 layers of 1L
✔️ 3 layers of 5L

As long as:

  • Each layer is complete
  • Each product is in full boxes

3. No Split Boxes

All products must be ordered in their set box quantities:

  • 12 units (smaller sizes)
  • 6 units (2 litre)
  • 4 units (5 litre)
  • Singles (larger containers)

Example Orders

✔️ Valid Mixed Pallet

  • 3 layers of 750ml
  • 2 layers of 5L

✔️ Valid Full Pallet (Single Product)

  • 5 layers of 1L (720 units)

❌ Invalid Orders

  • Half layers
  • Split boxes
  • Loose units
